The popular animated series from Warner Bros. is being adapted into a series of movie projects.
The series stars Stranger Things co-creator Matt Duffer, who is best known for directing the animated film The Lego Movie.
According to EW, the movie will take place over 10 years after Stranger Things first aired on Netflix.
The story will focus on the Upside Down.
In the movie, the Upsidesiders (played by Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven) are able to create and shape reality through magic.
The film will also focus on how their powers affect the lives of their friends, family, and others around them.
In a statement, the studio said the film will be “about the upsides and downsides of life.
There will be lots of drama and suspense, but it will be about friendship, love, and finding your place in the world.”
The movie is set to be released on November 14, 2018.
